We're keeping a running list of the best Black Friday Chromebook deals at Best Buy as the retailer continues its holiday sale.
Best Black Friday Chromebook deals at Best Buy so far:When it comes to deals on Chromebooks — and most kinds of laptops, really — Best Buy pulls ahead of the pack during holiday shopping events like Black Friday. Yes, other retailers like Amazon and Walmart will occasionally price-match its deals, and brands' direct websites sometimes have juicy one-off doorbusters that hang around for a few days. But for the most part, everyone else is simply trying to keep up with the tech retailer's discounts.

Announced in October, Google's new Chromebooks Plus are upgraded Chromebooks with built-in Google apps, Full HD IPS displays, and AI-powered 1080p+ cameras. Best Buy wasted no time in putting some on sale as part of its Black Friday programming, and this Acer model with a 12th-generation Intel Core i3 CPU, 8GB of memory, and 128GB of storage is the only one that comes in under $300. (Those are some pretty decent specs for that price point.)
Acer Chromebook 315 (Intel Celeron N4020, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC) — $139$219.99(save $80.99)
HP Chromebook 14a-ne0013dx (Intel Celeron N4120, 4GB RAM, 64GB eMMC) — $149$299(save $150)

It runs on an old MediaTek CPU with only 4GB of RAM, only has 64GB of slow eMMC storage, and it's kind of a clunker. But convertible Chromebooks don't get any cheaper than this Acer Chromebook Spin 311, which Best Buy is selling for only $129 (or 24% off — Acer's website lists it for $169.99); it's actually the cheapest laptop deal of Black Friday 2023 thus far, aside from a $79 in-store doorbuster at Target that's sold out. Bargain hunters who just need a basic laptop for everyday browsing, email-sending, or occasional YouTube-watching need not look any further.
