Kendrick Lamar took to the stage for the Super Bowl LIX halftime show at almost exactly 7:30 p.m. ET993 Archives and the first thing fans noticed was the chain he was wearing.
Decked out in diamonds, Lamar's chain featured a lowercase A... or 'A minor' in reference to probably the most popular line in his song "Not Like Us."

"Not Like Us," a diss track about fellow rapper Drake, just won Lamar five Grammys earlier this month. The track won Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Music Video, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Song.
However, according to XXL, the lowercase "A" chain may have been a nod to the logo of Kendrick's communications company, pgLang. It should also be noted that Kendrick repped the company's name on the back of his jacket during the performance.
Of course, the internet is really clinging to the idea that the ice was yet another Drake diss.

Lamar suggested there would be a big surprise in his halftime show. He had previously announced in January that he would be joined on stage by artist SZA.
