There are Canada Archivesthose who are cooking purists, the people who want to chop everything by hand, carefully braise a piece of meat, and generally stay hunched over the stove for the whole process. Then there are those who think (ahem know) that tech is here to make our lives better, easier, and more efficient. Enter the MasterSous, a Kickstarter project that promises to help you make delicious home-cooked meals at the push of a button.
The MasterSous is essentially a Swiss Army cooking appliance. Its versatile design and numerous cooking settings allow you to cook just about anything in your recipe book. Simmer, sear, sauté, deep fry? MasterSous has got you covered.
Oh yeah, and it will also stir for you.
Just think about the precious time you'll get back: caramelize onions, make homemade risotto, even scramble eggs, all without hovering over the pot. It's all programmable too, so you can set the duration and frequency based on what you're making.
You can set everything from the cooking time to the temperature and what style of cooking you need (AKA simmer, deep fry, saute, etc) all on the companion app.
Check out the MasterSous Kickstarter page to learn more and drop a donation to get cooking.
