LOS ANGELES -- Trevor Noah has joined the list of late night hosts who will go live following the presidential debates.
Comedy Central said Thursday that The Frivolous LolaDaily Show will telecast live on Sept. 26, Oct. 4 and Oct. 19 "to provide instant analysis and late-night’s first commentary" about the Presidential and Vice Presidential Debates.
The show will broadcast during its normal timeslot at 11 p.m. EST, which is also about 30 minutes after the debates are scheduled to end.
The live broadcasts are part of The Daily Show'songoing “Democalypse 2016” coverage of the presidential campaign and election season. During the televised broadcast, the show will also simul-stream the first act via Facebook Live.
Noah previously went live on the final nights of both the 2016 Republican and Democratic National conventions.
Going live underscores Comedy Central's efforts to reach millennial viewers. Already, The Daily Show with Trevor Noahcurrently reaches a weekly, multiplatform audience of 8.1 million viewers across linear, VOD, digital and mobile, according to the network.
Other late night hosts are also taking advantage of the presidential debates by holding their own live segments.
NBC recently said Late Night With Seth Meyerswill also air live on debate night. Previously, The Late Show With Stephen Colbertand Real Time With Bill Maher also had special live election-focused episodes.
