The first images have been released from Susanna Fogel's adaptation of Cat Person, the viral New Yorker short story written by Kristen Roupenian in 2017 — and actor Nicholas Braun's transformation into the story's creepy antagonist Robert appears to be complete.

Charting a student's unpleasant experience dating an older man, Cat Personwent massively viral following its publication five years ago, with many people sharing a story that they felt perfectly captured the grim world of modern dating.
