It is,indian hot sex video in many ways, a terrifying time in Hollywood. Women are reliving some of their worst traumas on a daily basis, whether by outing a sexual predator to a major news outlet or simply reading about another as more accusations surface.
Women, of course, have been and should be the leaders here. But the reality is that if one of the goals of this current moment of cultural reckoning is a better tomorrow, we're going to need men's voices and assistance as well (after they've spent a good long time listening, first).
"We’re having to unlearn and confront our privilege and biases that we didn’t even know we had," actor Justin Baldoni, best known for his work on Jane the Virgin, explained to Mashable recently when asked what men's role looks like in this current reckoning in both Hollywood and beyond. "If you’d [have] told me three years ago that I was privileged, I would’ve not known what you were talking about. Three years ago I wasn't a bad guy; I just wasn’t as aware as I am today."
Making men more aware is the goal of Baldoni's latest project, Man Enough, a web series in which he speaks candidly with other actors, artists, athletes, and more about what it means to them to be men – and unpacking problematic old stereotypes about what masculinity looks like. Episodes so far have discussed communication, vulnerability, body image – and yes, sexual harassment and consent.

Obviously, conversations about consent and relationships are more relevant than ever these days. On the show, you might find Baldoni speaking candidly with his father Sam or in round table discussions with Matt McGorry, Javier Muñoz, Prince Ea, and more. As a leading male actor on a show aimed at young women, Baldoni is in a unique position to shape opinions – and he's been doing that for a while.
At first, Baldoni built up a social media following of Jane the Virginfans, most of whom – as he noted in his 2017 TED Talk – are women. But Baldoni was already on what he himself describes as a lifelong journey to understand what it means to be a man, and he wanted other men to join him in understanding and redefining that in a healthy, better way.
"I’m on a journey to explore it and to ask questions and to provide the answers from a bunch of different men and women about what masculinity means to them, and then to put all of the information out in the middle and collectively let everybody redefine it," he explained.
Baldoni experimented by sharing more posts about fitness and working out to attract a male audience to his already-lauded feed of family photos and Janesneak peeks. He began posting about the meaning of masculinity and inviting other men to reflect on past behavior and make a concerted effort to do better in the future. That ambition united him and the men's grooming brand Harry's, his collaborators on Man Enough.

At Baldoni's table, the men open up about personal journeys and missteps, and they start to learn new behaviors right then and there. The episode about consent includes Tony Porter from A Call to Men explaining the concept of affirmative consent – a concept that many young women are familiar with, but in which others are unfortunately not as well-versed.
"This is like going to a university and getting a new education for many of us men," Baldoni said. "Yes means yes, no means no, and saying nothing also means no. This is just something that we have to educate our older men, our younger men, and our boys about at a much younger age."
Man Enoughis not an appeal or excuse in the current discourse about gender dynamics, but it pertains heavily to the re-education that Baldoni thinks is necessary for society to move forward as a whole. It strikes closer to home when one considers cases like that of Aziz Ansari, accused of inappropriate behavior and disrespecting his date's boundaries in a piece that torched the internet, partially because it rang startlingly, uncomfortably familiar to many men and women about experiences in their past. Something clearly has to change.
Baldoni emphasized the importance of listening for men of all ages, especially those in their later years who are learning an entirely new vocabulary for male-female relationships and how to approach them.
"For so long women’s voices haven't been heard and women have been repressed," Baldoni said. "But right now women are being heard, and it’s really important that right now men listen. But at the same time there is a feeling that everybody is looking to men to not justlisten. They’re also looking for men to speak and become allies."

"Is the answer that men should just shut up? I don’t think it is," Baldoni said. "Is the answer that men should maybe take a breath and figure out what they want to say before they say it? Maybe that’s part of it. Is the answer that we need to have some a little bit of space for men to make more mistakes without destroying them? Maybe that is. I don’t know what the answer is – I think it’s a little bit of each."
It's certainly not a perfect answer, and Baldoni knows it – this stuff is hard. There will be mistakes, he emphasized, but he's attempting to use his position of relative power both as a man and as a person in Hollywood to negotiate what the next best step of this movement is. Ultimately, he reinforced that it's all about listening.
"The more I interview people, the more I ask questions, the more I speak to women about what they need from men, the more I speak to sexual assault survivors, the more I speak to human beings, the more I realize that listening is essential to being human," he said.
