Renée Zellweger has completely transformed into Judy Garland.
The Watch Fast & Furious 8 Onlinefirst song from the upcoming film Judyhas been released on Spotify, featuring Zellweger doing a spot-on cover of Garland's version of "Over the Rainbow." You can listen to it here:
We already knew that Zellweger was a great singer after her performance in Chicago, but this rendition of "Over the Rainbow" is a whole other level of talent. If this doesn't win awards, I don't know what will.
Judytakes place in 1968, 30 years after Garland starred in her most iconic role as Dorothy Gale in The Wizard of Oz. Garland had a string of financial and relationship troubles throughout her life, forcing her to move to London to work or else risk losing custody of her children.
Judyarrives in theaters Sept. 27.
