Accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.3 seconds, the N8 also features BYD’s DiSus body control suspension system. This new model marks the third addition to Denza’s lineup, following BYD’s acquisition of a 90% majority stake from Daimler in late 2021, which led to a restructuring of the brand from a previous 50:50 joint venture. Notably, this release comes merely a month after the launch of the N7 SUV, which shares a similar price range of RMB 301,800 to RMB 379,800, introduced on July 3rd. The company also celebrated the delivery of over 100,000 D9 multi-purpose vehicles, the initial model after its rebranding, since its initial launch in August the previous year.
